Directory Submission Terms

By submitting a listing you attest that you are authorized to submit it (you own or represent the business) and that the information is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Submitting someone else's business without authority, or false information, is prohibited.

[DRAFT for attorney review.] You grant Miracle Baby Celebrations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, reproduce, display, format, and edit your submitted listing content for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory. You keep ownership of your content. You may request removal of your listing at any time by emailing hello@miraclebabycelebrations.com, and we will remove it within a reasonable period.

• Every submission is reviewed by a human before it appears.
• We may edit for clarity/formatting, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion.
• Listings may be suspended while a report about them is investigated.
• Free listings are free; featured placements, if offered, are labeled.

• Content you don't have rights to, or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Medical claims or advice; regulated claims you cannot substantiate.
• Spam, keyword stuffing, link schemes, or listings for non-existent businesses.
• Anything unlawful, deceptive, or inappropriate for an audience of expecting families.

Please tell us when your details change (hello@miraclebabycelebrations.com). We may also update or archive listings in response to reports or periodic review.
