Privacy Policy

Miracle Baby Celebrations is an elective, non-diagnostic ultrasound studio based in Woburn, Massachusetts. You can reach us by email at hello@miraclebabycelebrations.com. This policy covers this website and the tools on it.

We deliberately collect as little as possible:

• Contact form: the name, email, and message you send us, used only to reply to you.
• Email signups: your email address, the page you signed up from, and a consent record noting whether you opted in to marketing email. If you don't tick the marketing box, we store you as transactional-only.
• Directory submissions: the business information a provider submits for listing, plus a hashed (non-reversible) network identifier used only for spam and rate limiting.
• Planning tools (checklists, trackers, name lists, calculators): these run in your browser using localStorage. The dates, names, and answers you enter never leave your device unless you explicitly create a share link.
• Share links: if you choose to share a checklist or result, we store only the minimal content needed to display it, under a random token that expires after 30 days.

We use first-party, privacy-conscious analytics: coarse events (like "a calculator was used") with no names, emails, dates, or health inputs. Event data is scrubbed of anything that looks personal before storage, and network identifiers are hashed with a daily-rotating salt so they cannot be tracked over time.

If Google Analytics 4 is enabled in the future, it will be disclosed here and in the Cookie Policy before activation. [Owner decision pending.]

If you opt in to text messages from us at 781-750-0599, message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your phone number and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We only send marketing email to people who explicitly checked the marketing box (it is never pre-checked). Each opt-in is stored as a consent record with its date and the exact wording you agreed to. You can unsubscribe at any time and we honor it promptly.

Appointments are booked through Acuity Scheduling, and boutique purchases happen on external stores (such as Square). Those services have their own privacy policies; we receive only the information needed to provide your session or order.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and studio (hosting, scheduling, payments), and only as needed.
