How this works
Pregnancy is counted from the first day of your last period (gestational age), so “week 1” starts before conception. If you enter a due date, we count back 280 days to that starting point, then count forward to today (ACOG Committee Opinion 700).
Months are shown as an approximation, calendar months and pregnancy weeks never line up perfectly.
