Our target
We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is considered throughout design and development, not bolted on at the end.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks, and labels on every form control.
- Color contrast targeted at AA, with meaning never conveyed by color alone.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, and interactive tools.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and honest, plain language throughout.
- Mobile-first, responsive layouts that support zoom and large text.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party experiences (booking via Acuity Scheduling, external store checkouts) are controlled by their vendors, and we can't fix issues inside them, but we'll gladly help you complete anything by email instead.
