What a listing in our provider directory does, and doesn't, mean.

Listings are not endorsements
The Massachusetts provider directory is offered as a convenience. A listing does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee of any provider, their qualifications, or their services, including featured or sponsored listings, which are simply paid or highlighted placements and are labeled as such.
Verify independently
Please evaluate any provider yourself before hiring them: check credentials, licensure where applicable, insurance, references, and reviews. You are solely responsible for your decision to engage a listed provider, and any agreement is between you and them.
How listings get published
Providers submit their own information, attest that it is accurate and that they are authorized to submit it, and consent to publication. A human reviews every submission before it appears. Demonstration entries are clearly labeled "Sample listing." We do not independently verify every claim in a listing.
Reporting a problem
Every listing includes a "Report this listing" link. If information is incorrect, a business has closed, or a listing shouldn't be here, please report it, a human reviews every report, and we may correct, suspend, or remove listings at our discretion.
