Your first look at your baby. Cardiac activity may be seen if it is visible, but we can't promise it this early.

When you are ready, schedule Visit 2 and Visit 3 yourself on our online booking page by choosing the matching session for each visit. Book Visit 3 for 12 to 14 weeks, when the heartbeat recording takes place.
Questions about this package
When do the three visits take place?
All three visits are designed for 8–14 weeks. Visit 1 can be as early as 8 weeks. Visit 3, when your baby's heartbeat is recorded in the plush keepsake, takes place at 12 to 14 weeks.
How do I schedule my visits?
Book your first visit online with the booking button on this page. You can then schedule Visit 2 and Visit 3 yourself on our online booking page by choosing the matching session for each visit.
Will I hear the heartbeat at my first visit?
We can't promise it. We do not use Pulsed wave Doppler before 12 weeks. At an early scan, your baby's cardiac activity may be seen if it is visible. Your baby's heartbeat is recorded into the plush keepsake at Visit 3, at 12 to 14 weeks.
Why do visits start at 8 weeks?
We scan abdominally, never internally. Before about 8 weeks an abdominal scan often can't show much of what you are hoping to see, so we would rather wait until your visit has the best chance of being everything you want it to be.
What do I take home?
Black and white prints at every visit, plus the heartbeat plush keepsake at Visit 3.
How is this different from a single Reassurance Session?
The Reassurance Session ($69) is one brief visit. The First Trimester Journey ($199) gives you three visits in the early weeks and includes the heartbeat plush keepsake.
Can you promise a certain picture or pose?
No. We can't promise a specific image, and we won't pretend otherwise. Your baby's position, the placenta, fluid levels, and anatomy all play a part. This isn't a photoshoot. It's a meeting.
Is this a medical ultrasound?
No. Our sessions are elective and non-diagnostic, designed for bonding and keepsakes. They do not replace your prenatal care or any scans your healthcare provider orders.
